Soo. A fee people have asked me about insanity and how its going (thank you) as much ad I hate to admit it, I took a break half way through month one. Life just got crazy. But I’m baaaaack! This is day two attempt two of insanity and I will finish this time. I remember why I love this program so much. You don’t look like this at the end of any other at home workout program.
